It's been a while....

I haven't forgotten about the blog, in my defense, life has been a little hectic lately! So here's a catchup with our cutie pie....

Miss A has adjusted perfectly to the new house. The first day we were here, she immediately figured out where her room was and started roaming the house as if she owned the place! Her FAVORITE place to play is on the stairs where she has a good view of the kitchen and living room. She'll even grab her blankie and just lay on the steps! Here's a picture of her new outfit from Nana, it reminds me of Little Bo Peep!

Before our trip, Miss A got 5 new teeth all at once! I think she's ready for that big turkey leg at Silver Dollar City! She says several words and is very inquisitive. She's always pointing and asking "What's this?"

Some of the sweestest things I'm enjoying about her right now are:

#5. I love how the enjoys her chocolate chip cookies. A girl after my own heart! I can't wait until she can help me make them!
#4. Miss A likes building with her blocks, but in a very OCD way. She will only stack the blocks that have 2 bumps on them. She will sort through them all and only use that size! How funny! You can't teach that!
#3. Miss A has started "reading" to herself. It's so sweet to hear her voice bringing her books to life.
#2. Even though it frustrates me, I love how when she gets in trouble and we are having a stare down, she will try to change the subject by pointing to something random and talking about it in her sweet voice as if she isn't in trouble.
#1. I love how she will come up and give you a hug and kiss without being asked. She's such a loving little girl!
Well, that's what's been on my mind lately. Just being thankful for the blessing in our life!
